Good Points: Room was clean and fresh.
Bad Points: Wasn't as close to the main atractions as I thought.
Further Comments: Check in proved to be difficult when I was told I would need leave a deposit and have my payment card pre-authorised, however to do this I couldn't use the card I wanted to pay with it had to be a credit not a debit card. The room was small but adequate for the one night we stayed. The hotel is quite a distance from all the main atractions, but Earls Court tube staion is only a 5-10 minute walk away. There isn't much round the hotel but if you don't mind the journey into the centre of the City then the hotel is ideal. The staff were helpful, polite and accomodating. The facilities at the hotel are basic, but it it was good value for money.

Good Points: I was attending a concert at the Albert Hall and this hotel was a five minute cab ride away. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

Further Comments: The best thing apart from the price is that you have a good soundproofed environment even though the hotel is on a busy road. But the rooms are small and the showers are very basic. If you're aware of what you're getting, it's not bad value for money at all. Earl's Court is a pretty good location for getting in and out of town and to Heathrow.

Good Points: Accessability to place of business
Bad Points: Too noisy, particularly roadside.
Further Comments: I seldom stay in hotels as I prefer the more personalised service of a good quality B&B. However, there was not a lot wrong with the service or standard of accommodation I experienced during my stay in London.

Good Points: Staff were very helpful to accommodate queries and/or issues. Room was clean.
Bad Points: Overall price of the room was far too much considering it did not include breakfast, the size of the room was inadequate, as was the bathroom, which in addition had facilities in need of repair.

Good Points: the room was quiet but small
Bad Points: no working lift and being on the top floor impeded by bad signage too which spolit the whole thing and made it hassling. The breakfasts too are overpriced with an early bar which makes it pointless as most people will return to a closed bar not well thought out. It was pointless to have dissablity access and no working lift. I orgainse large conferences and events and therefore would have probelms recomending this hotel givent the points made.
Further Comments: that there was no lift that is had overpriced breakfasts which add to the price had we been accompanied by a disabled person we would have been completely mislead and strannded.

Bad Points: Cold water only. Poor advice regarding parking which ended up with me getting a ᅡᆪ100 fine. No heating in room on a freezing cold night. The room did not warrant a 1 star rating!

Good Points: The convenience of it being within walking distance from Olympia. Shower was nice and hot.
Bad Points: Very small room, bed was uncomfortable.
Further Comments: Room I was allocated was right next to the lift and therefore very noisy as everyone from that floor walked past my room. I have answered yes to recommending this hotel but only on the basis of its price and convenience as London Hotels are generally pricey. Room was clean. Milk supplied in the room for the tea/coffee tasted sour and there was only 2 yet enough tea and coffee for 6 cups

Good Points: It was cheap and functional. The room was small but adequate for my needs. It was what I expected for the money
Bad Points: The corners of the bathroom weren't spotless but generally it was fine. You get what you pay for.
Further Comments: I used this hotel purely for somewhere to crash after our Christmas party. I only remember checking in, which was a pleasant experience as Josephine on the Reception desk was very polite and friendly. Slept like a baby till midday, showered and left. No idea what the breakfast was like I'm afraid. All the lights worked as they were all still on when I woke up. Shower was hot and powerful but I did not use it till late so in the morning hot water may be a rarity, who knows? Found the bedroom clean and tidy, but lacked adequate room to swing a cat. On the whole the perfect place to rest my drunken head.
