| Good Points: Had virtually everything I needed |
| Bad Points: Not really much in the area to do, plus the WiFi was expensive |
| Further Comments: The hotel was excellent, and it was only a couple of minutes walk from Earl's Court tube station.
It was only let down by the fact that there's virtually nothing to do in the area (which to be fair, isn't the hotel's fault!) and the fact that they charged for WiFi - I don't understand why hotels do this when WiFi costs virtually nothing to provide.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. |

| Good Points: It was clean with several facilities |
| Bad Points: The room was terribly cramped. The walls were very thin and considerable noise was heard from adjacent rooms. |
| Further Comments: The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.
My room was clean and compact. It was supposed to be in the quiet section at the back of the hotel. Unfortunately, there was a lot of noise in my corridor - slamming doors and shouting - which was obviously the fault of other guests and not the hotel. However, the walls of my room were very thin and I was awoken by noise from the corridor and next room.
There were several small flights of stairs to the Mezzanine floor - so it is not recommended for disabled guests or guests that have to carry heavy luggage.
However, over all I would say that I would recommend Comfort Inn, Kensington as a bargain hotel near to the heart of London. |

| Good Points: Decent towels. |
| Bad Points: A smelly hotel with often broken and un-serviceable fixtures and fittings. Poor bathroom facilities. |
| Further Comments: The hotel smells badly, mainly of cigarette smoke - in fact I would call it a hostel rather than an hotel.
The rooms are small and of poor design with often broken or un-serviceable facilities.
The bathroom is too small and the plumbing inadequate.
Inadequate car parking arrangements. |

| Good Points: calme |
| Bad Points: accueil! |
I see your pay card! that's your room...

| Good Points: its proximity to the tube for arrival and departure at heathrow, also it was within walking distance to kensington high st for shopping and restuarants.also on a direct bus route to harrods and madame tussauds!we were close to the centre of things yet just enough removed from the hustle and bustle to get a perfect sleep everynight. the staff were very pleasant to us more than helpful with our enquiries about everything and what could you say about christian the concierge! a big smile and a heart to go with it! take a bow everyone.the breakfast room was lovely and everything there you could want. |
| Bad Points: my only gripe would be that the double room was a little on the small side more space would be nice and a larger selection of beers in the bar would be good but everything else made up for it. |
| Further Comments: maybe it would help families in particular with younger children that tickets for local attractions can be purchased in the hotel before they arrive to help them plan their holiday more efficently. also plenty of info about bus nos. and where they can go on these. |

| Good Points: We were greeted very warmly by front desk personnel who accommodated our requests exceedingly well. |
| Bad Points: We asked for a quiet room and front desk man said, Absolutely and he found us one! The hotel was very busy, but we were not hurried. They took good care of our luggage as we went sightseeing. |
| Further Comments: Great on-line booking. Room as promised. Good hotel. In a beautiful part of London, with lots of good eateries nearby. |

| Good Points: The staff were very helpful and pretty good location. |
| Bad Points: Amenities. |
| Further Comments: I guess I should have researched my accomodation a bit more, prior to booking. The rooms were quite small. I thought there would be more 'foxtel' channels and a greater number of movies to choose from. I also 'assumed' that there would be some sort of room service as far as food is concerned. Other than that, it felt like I was staying in a hostel. The Staff were very good and were professional and courteous. |
