Good Points: General cleanliness and ambiance. Polite and attentive staff.
Bad Points: Alhough the bedroom was clean and acceptable the decor, particularly the bathroom required updating.
Further Comments: With a better bedroom this would have been very good value for money at the week end rate. We will stay again and recommend it to our friends. Would think the weekday traffic noise would be an experience to avoid.

Bad Points: The walls in the hotel room were not good at keeping out noise. I could hear people in adjoining rooms coughing and sneezing.

Good Points: very good location to train & bus services
Bad Points: very anti scottish,no hot water,no heating in room,
Further Comments: overall our stay was ok,we had no instruction how to use the heating in the room,there was no hot water in the morning,made to feel like second class patrons by staff refusing to accept british(scottish) currancy as payment for goods,

Good Points: good value for money and close to the train station the restraunt was good the waiter was very polite and friendly
Further Comments: the staff were very freindly and helpful the receptionist was very good and took our bags to our room she also checked us out and was very polite and friendly

Good Points: Clean and quiet.
Bad Points: Very small room.
Further Comments: Nice room, a bit small. Clean and easy to get to from the tube. Ghost gave me a fright though.

Good Points: Room was Excellent
Bad Points: Not engough staff at Breakfast to accomdate the amount of guests.None of the breakfast staff spoke very good english and was not very helpful.

Bad Points: I found it rather expensive and my Wife was charged ￂﾣ12 for breakfast each day even though she only wanted a roll, cheese and a pot of tea - I consider that exhorbitant!

Good Points: Excellent recption service, good standard of room, quiet (at the back of the hotel)
Bad Points: Car parking was limited. Rooms a little warm
