Good Points: Air con in rooms, Stereo system which played in bathroom.
Bad Points: Some of the finishing touches in the room had been over looked.
Further Comments: The only thing that really let the place down was the times for the restaurant were very restrictive and didn't really fit around our stay there. They also tried to charge us for the mini bar which we had not used.

Good Points: Location to Wembley Stadium. Size of room & cleanliness.
Bad Points: Decoration was very dated - white anaglypta on every wall & ceiling in sight! Upon arrival room was unbearably hot as radiaters had been left on max setting. This despite it being a hot day! Also rooms trembled with passing traffic! Cost of child breakfast.
Further Comments: We booked a family room which was a reasonable sized room with a double & two singles. Rooms were clean but very dated & every room, ceiling, wall, corrider in the whole building seemed to have white anaglypta wall paper! Heating certainly worked - upon arrival our room was like a sauna as radiaters were on max setting despite it being 80' outside! Hotel only a couple of tube stops from Wembley stadium stadium. Decided to skip breakfast as 15 pounds per child!

Bad Points: Noise from adjacent room: Cleanlines in bathroom could be improved; Shower head not adjustable - as it was very old it could only be used either in the verticle position or pointing stright down.
Further Comments: Quality of bar food excellent - but service slow and portions small. Cost of breakfast grossly excessive - not taken during stay due to cost (ￂﾣ12+!!!)

Good Points: The location and privacy and ablility to park outside the room was a real bonus.
Bad Points: It was unusual to pay for room service to have breakfast in the room in my experience
Further Comments: Ideal for a stop over after late night shopping in Harrow, there was a party in the hotle but noise did not disturb us and the room was very comfortable. Booking a double room I was surprised to find the bed was two singles pushed/joined together

Bad Points: No biscuits with drinks tray. Problem maintaining radiator heating in room. (room 39)
Further Comments: No problem booking on-line. Problem with room heating resolved quickly without fuss. The room was well insulated from external noise, there was a wedding reception being hld on the same floor. The restaurant was very good and both the restaurant and the hotel staff were attentive without being in your face.

Bad Points: tje bedroom was so hot I had to sleep on the floor in the passage to the bathroom. It eventually cooled down and I was able to sleep on the bed. Otherwise OK
Further Comments: part from very hot bedroom it was OK
