Good Points: How close it was to the town centre
Bad Points: Not much parking space and no hair dryer in the rooms
Further Comments: The value of the stay was excellent for the accommodation we got. Breakfast was included in the price also. The rooms were clean and tidy and the breakfast was really nice.

Good Points: First of all, cleanliness of the room: sheets, carpetes, bathroom, welcoming tray, fridge
Bad Points: Not about the accommodation itself, but the breakfast. I missed a good fresh coffee.
Further Comments: Everything was fine, and I was surprised by the cleanliness and facilities in the bathroom

Bad Points: Towels not changed in 4 nights, room smelt of cigarette smaoke on arrival and always smelt musky, breakfast was extremely poor (utensils and juice jugs dirty), inconsistent price of internet access, all but one of the staff were rude

Bad Points: Not very clean, the positioning of the room was poor. Overall very poor.

Further Comments: Welcome friendly, Room clean, beds comfortable, breakfast good,avoids London parking taxes. Very close to tube station so can go into centre and have a drink without worries .Will use next time.

Good Points: Its location
Bad Points: Its allocation of rooms. For the charges, the room and its size in on the ground floor with little or no privacy is not worth the money.
Further Comments: The hotel is located in a quiet area of the city. Its proximity to the Airport and to the undergroune is what prompted me to book it. However was not prepared to stay in a room which afforded privacy only when the curtains were tightly closed. It is a good hotel for an overnight stay. Need to know online as to which room will be allocated against the charges which we see online.
