Good Points: Our room was like an apartment we had a sitting room which was great

Further Comments: This hotel was so central it was brilliant across the road form it you had major shops and the shoping center was walking distance you be there in 2min.

Good Points: It's location, near to where i had to be early the following morning.
Bad Points: extremely budget and dirty
Further Comments: My room was tiny, the sheets had sweaty sh*t stains on them, with the bed being made, the blanket was filthy, and the wall was shaking by the gent's snoring in the room next to me. I had to go and demand clean sheets which i then put on myself. however cheap a hotel is, you expect clean sheets!!

Good Points: spacious rooms nice bathrooms tea/coffee facilities and variety
Bad Points: pillows far to flat, only 3 for a double dont apreciate sleeping under a duvet that has been previously slept under even if there is a sheet between it towels too small

Good Points: it was comfortable and ideal for a one night stay.
Bad Points: being woken up at 8am by cleaners trying to get into the room and the fact that they kept coming back. as check out was not until 11am they were a little over zealous and when we were leaving they had piles of laundry behind the doors to the stairs making them hard to push open and anybody coming down the stairs from the floors above would have to climb over this.

Good Points: The fact there are still some places in this country, where you can find accomadation with smoking facilities. It's nice to relax and enjoy a cigarette, and not be made to feel like an outcast.
Bad Points: One small gripe, the shower!. Not powerful enough, and the water temperature kept adjusting itself (too hot/too cold).

Bad Points: a Bit insecure and remote as we were in an annexe building which fromted on to a very busy main road although my daughter and i wer on the first floor my husband and son were on the ground floor and said they felt vulmerable

Further Comments: Overall the stay has been disappointing. The key card machine was broken on Monday and still not fixed by Thursday. This has caused waiting to be let into the rooms by hotel staff. The decor of the hotel needs to be updated.

Bad Points: the housekkeeper knocking to clean at 08.30 when checkout is not till 11am
Further Comments: it was a good and pleasant stay in an ideal location and reasonably priced for the area.

Good Points: Night staff were excellent. Came back to hotel at eleven pm on Sunday evening after a concert at Wembley and were hungry. Staff went out of their way to serve us food and drinks.
