Good Points: Helpful and efficient staff.

Good Points: Convenient location for access to Central London. Close to tube station.
Bad Points: facilities are basic and some damp in our room. bathroom small and evidence of dampness.
Further Comments: The hotel is basic and in room facilities are quite poor. The good thing about the hotel is it is cheap and with good travel links into Central London. If you are looking for somewhere cheap to stay and you dont expect too much then this hotel is fine, anything other than this though and you may be disappointed.

Bad Points: Distance from reception to annexe rooms and the fact there is no lift would be a problem for the less mobile.
Further Comments: Accomodation is very basic the room was dimly lit and not particulary well appointed, the staff were very helpful.

Good Points: One receptionist was excellent! She was friendly and very helpful. So was the porter! It was a few minutes walk from the tube and the location was excellent for local shops, restaurants & cafes. Room decor was tasteful and the whole hotel from what I saw was very clean.
Bad Points: The bathroom could of done with a refurb' but passable and it was tiny so mind your elbows! Some of the other staff needed to learn from the weekend receptionist about the nice difference a smile makes!
Further Comments: It's a great location if the hotels around Wembley are too expensive or fully booked as Wembley Park is 2 tube stops away and the bus station is next to Harrow on the Hill tube station. Overall, a nice hotel for what I paid and I'd go back!

Good Points: nothing...smokey smelling non smoking room. Hotel STANK of the Indian restaurant atached
Bad Points: everything..ols saggy beds, smelly rooms.
Further Comments: Check-in was a mess. I booked for 5 of us, and the hotel decided to change the names on the reservations so could not find some of the rooms - we all arrived seperately. The rooms allocated, out the back in a different bulding were old tired and smelling of smoke. Moved to the main block but it stank of curry. A tired old hotel. Staff tried hard, but couldn't make up for the age of the property and it's state.

Further Comments: The room was pleasant , the staff were very good although when I booked in , in the early hours the porter seemed to have difficulty with speaking english and took some time to book in , The overall atmosphere of the entrance to rooms could do with attention , as gave a Hostel impression rather than a hotel, especially for the cost per night .

Good Points: It was clean and had everything you wanted close to hand
Bad Points: The people next door were noisy and doors were slamming most of the night
Further Comments: I would like to have known that there was not a lift and that there were quite a few stairs to nigotiate. The 100's started on the second floor, not the first. I was not able to check in until 2pm on the day of my arrival, but as i checked out at 10.30am, people were being allowed in their room. It was not explained to me that if I paid by Switch I would not be able to order the films. I was not going to come all the way back from room 111 to use another card. You should have a pay as you leave for Switch users also.
