the shower was cramped and weak
the toilet is too close to sink and shower
television not tuned in
generally grubby room and smelly breakfast room.
on the whole this hotel made me itch. |

| Bad Points: no tv remote control, no bed side lamp, had to ask for towels. |
| Further Comments: generally a fairly nice place to stay for a few nights, it was clean and tidy just lacked a few small comforts that could easily be remedied. |

| Good Points: Close to Twickenham Stadium. |
| Bad Points: No hot running water to sink, no plug to sink,no sitting/relaxing area.No Heatng which would have been appreciated on one of the wettest week -ends of the year! |
| Further Comments: We chose this hotel due to the position close to Twickenham Stadium,the price did seem very reaonable for location and what was offered on the website.,having said that the room being very small and decor from I don't no what year would not have mattered if we had at least basic items such as hot water to wash basin,plug to basin,beding had seen better days no 2 items the same,no heating, to mention a few items.If they are refurbishing the Hotel as mentioned I am sure it will be an excellent place to stay but in the mean time ask which room and avoid the annex ?(Room 19).
On the positive side parking, breakfast,good and the staff friendly,and Rod Stewart was fantastic . |

Room was damp and undecorated.Windows were falling apart and didn't fit properly. Shower head was broken and went from hot to cold on its own. I had to clean the dirt off the television screen so I could watch it. Matresses old and uncomfortable. Breakfast was so bad we couldn't eat it. |
