Good Points: closeness to twickenham stadium

Good Points: It was warm and the bed was clean
Bad Points: The outside light was on all night, a down pipe driped all night, There was no toilet rolls, the cleaning left a lot to be desierd and the towels were rough and old
Further Comments: I would like to of been advised that the room was small and the bed would be against a wall I understand the outside light will be for safety but it was just a bit to bright and the down pipe was reallly anoying

Bad Points: Restrictive times for breakfast Room small and toilet and shower area cramped
Further Comments: 5 minuits away from The Stoop and Twickenham Stadium. Easy to find. While we were there told that breakfast served from 7.30 am til 8.30 am on the Friday,I found this far too early and decided not to bother. On the Saturday when we wanted to get an early start driving back to Hull breakfast not served until 8'30 and 9.30 ,we left at 8 so I didnt sample any of the food so can't comment.

Good Points: The staff were very friendly and helpful
Bad Points: Standard of accommodation was not particularly good, the bathroom was extremely small and you had to negotiate your way round the basin and loo to get to the shower. The shower itself was not particluaurly clean especially round the sealant. There was no remote control for the television. No net curtains at the window which meant that unless you wanted people looking in the room you had to keep the curtains closed.
Further Comments: Although I was not very impressed by the accommodation I was impressed by the helfulness of the staff. They were very friendly and went out of their way to help about cooking breakfast outside of their normal hours and it was good food.

Bad Points: tiny uncomfortable room,tiny inadequetly stocked facilities,1 towel supplied for 2 people
Further Comments: adjacent to the main road noise was to be expected,but the accomodation was small and uncomfortable the remote did not work,although in fairness we did not complain at the time,cheap coffee and an unappetising breakfast,all builds up and wewill not be staying again.

Good Points: we didn't arrive until late and the staff were still available to check us in ans show us to our room.
Bad Points: It was cold and late and the radiator didn't work in our room.

Bad Points: Poor condition of room, it was obviously in need of some updating in furniture, and deco, nothing in compariosn to the main area of the B&B

Further Comments: Building works were being carried out over the weekend - didn't see any indication that this was happening when booking. Shower didn't work property (not hot); switch to turn fan on in bathroom was about 6'off ground so could reach it (being 4'11). TV situated on top of wardrobe again could switch it on - no remote control - only one channel!!!! I'm sure once the building works are complete this hotel would be fine especially as a base. Staff were helpful and full English breakfast was fine too.

Good Points: Good Breakfast, perfect positioning for Twickenham Rugby Ground. Decent shower which was nice.
Bad Points: Room was a new extension, heating did not work (in 1st weekend of feb), extra blankets not available, room was covered in plaster/decorating dust.
Further Comments: Fine if all you want is somewhere to crash before/after the Rugby. Very close to the ground. Very basic rooms (no mirrors, only 1 tiny towel, no lamps/bedside tables etc) Nice and quick service for breakfast. Overall ok, just very disappointed that no heating at all and cleanliness of the room.
