Good Points: Very clean, spacious room. excelent breakfast. Will stay here again.
Bad Points: menu is a little pricey.

Good Points: Good accommodation, Good Food & beer, also well positioned.
Further Comments: Good place to stay with good food, nice Pub and close to the River, also easy walk to the Rugby grounds.

Good Points: Good position and generally the facilities were good. Great bar staff.
Bad Points: The hotel is looking a bit tired and the paintwork and general decor needs attention.
Further Comments: I have recommended this hotel to many over the years but this was my first stay. Will continue to recommend it.

Good Points: WAS AN INTERESTING ROOM WITH A LOVELY TERRACE.
Further Comments: everything was excellant except for the lack of training that had been given to the breakfast staff.

Further Comments: It's a good idea to have a quality hotel attached to a lively pub. The food was good, breakfast plentiful and the staff attentionate and cheerful

Good Points: Our twin room was very spacious and had room for one or even two more beds. Several tea bags on the tea tray, better than some hotels.
Bad Points: Shower was lukewarm, even when full on. Tables in the bar at breakfast felt sticky to the touch.
Further Comments: Would definitely stay here again as the overall experience was good. Room was very comfortable. Beer and food was good. We were only five minutes walk from the town centre.

Further Comments: Would definitely stay here again as the overall experience was good. Room was very comfortable. Beer and food was good. We were only five minutes walk from the town centre.

Good Points: Liked the space in the room, plenty of fresh air (ie no air conditioning!)Pleasant room, good standard on the whole.Proximity to Thames tourist spots excellent.
Bad Points: Close ot main road so had to be selective regarding which windows to leave open at night. Found the mattress a bit poor for two (ie the lighter person ends up rolling towards the middle)
Further Comments: River view was a bit of a stretch - no mention of the busy road. When one hears river view it conveys peace and tranquillity (not the case here). Access to public transport was excllent and we loved the fact tha we could park, then for 3 days not use the car, instead either using bus or walking. Kew Gardens is accessible on foot, and Richmond even moreso. Breakfast was very good.

Good Points: Perfectly located to visit our daughter at St Mary's University College, Strawberry Hill.
Bad Points: Breakfast a bit disappointing.
Further Comments: Very friendly staff. Decent Pub Grub, reasonably priced. Nice view overlooking the river.
