Good Points: The room had a very nice view (room 319), it was a good size room with every thing we needed + more for our stay.
Bad Points: It was a non-smoaking room. I know that thats not your fault but its the only thing i could think of.
Further Comments: The staff where all friendly, polite, helpful and well presented no matter what time of day you saw them. The hotel itself was close to the town centre witch made the hotel easy to get to without being so close that you could here the traffic or night life of Bromley. The weather stopped me and my partner from exploring the grounds but what we saw looked excellent and we are shore that the rest would have been just as impressive. The food was well presented and very tasty, we ordered room service witch arrived within 10 minutes of me hanging up the phone witch was excellent.

Good Points: It was clean and warm and the gym and spa pool were excellent.
Further Comments: I had a very nice stay and the staff, accommodation and food were really good. I enjoyed the use of the gym and spa pool and in all found the experience above average.

Bad Points: the welcome from front desk staff just didnt seem bothered
Further Comments: the room service meals were on the exspensive side ￃﾂￂﾣ5.50 for one sandwich the leisure centre spa pool was out of action whitch we were not told when getting the key code to enter from the front desk only finding out after changing then to find a notr pinned on controls

Further Comments: Apart from a minor hiccough with the door (outer for room 318) key-card which refused to open this outer door on 3 occasions, our stay was very good. Car parking was, again, a minor problem.

Bad Points: The room was very small and not air conditioned. Because of this we opened the window(it was very warm weather)and were then kept awake by chatting smokers outside the reception, which was below. The hotel did find us a better room next day.
Further Comments: The hotel was clean and the staff very friendly. Using the internet was not the best as we could not ask the hotel details of the rooms available.

Bad Points: The attitude of staff
Further Comments: I would have liked to know what the level of staffing was. It seemed that not one member of staff smiled the whole time my family and I stayed. A pleasant smile does not cost anything. Overseas visitors must think we are a really miserable country.
