Good Points: comfortable room, good bathroom
Bad Points: no bedside lamp - I like to read before going to sleep

Good Points: It was convenient for the event that we were attending. The room was comfortable and the beds were comfortable.
Bad Points: It was very hot and we had to have the windows open which meant that we could hear the planes to or from Heathrow. The shower was very volatile i.e. it went cold and then very hot.

Good Points: It is conviently located near the transport system. It was clean and functional
Bad Points: My room #20 was directly above a party room and there was a noisy party on ONE night and it was impossible to sleep until the party ended. The room was warm as the weather was warm and the bedclothes were inapporpiate for the weather, for me anyway
Further Comments: I think guests should be informed if they are in a room above a party room and be accomodated in another room that would not be as noisy. I had been at a course and doing an examination and could have done with things being a little quiter.

Good Points: The decor and cleanliness of the room. The very well kept gardens. We also the liked the art work on the walls connecting the two buildings. Parking facilities good.
Bad Points: TV very small and had a poor picture.
Further Comments: This booking was made primarily due to its location for an appointment that we were due to attend on Monday 16th. Therefore on this occassion, no further information was required.

Bad Points: One minor irritation: the basin tap had very low pressure and I couldn't get the water completely cold, and the shower temperature seemed to oscillate between too hot and too cold.
Further Comments: I'd stayed in the hotel twice before, and so knew what to expect. I recommend the Oxford room to anyone!

Good Points: We were moved to a second room after the first developed a leak and also had faulty heating, the second room was much better.
Bad Points: Heating controls faulty, shower cabinet mouldy, noise from other rooms was disruptive.
Further Comments: The hotel was basic but the staff were helpful and friendly.

Bad Points: Showers were stuck at extremely hot, and unusable. Unfortunately we didn't discover this until the morning, and it was too late to change rooms.
Further Comments: A real shame about the showers - otherwise a good stay. Also, it would have been nice if the hotel bar was open a little longer.
