Bad Points: I WANTED TO CHECK OUT EARLY AROUND 6.45 AND AFTER WAITING FOR 8 MINS NO ONE WAS THERE TO SEE ME SO AS I HAD A TRAIN TO CATCH HAD TO LEAVE MY KEY AY RECEPTION AND LEAVE,I DD NOT HAVE ANYEXTRAS TO PAY FOR ON TOP OF MY ROOM RATE WHICH I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR

Further Comments: This is my second stay at the hotel, and whenever I go to the o2 or the Excel center this hotel will be my fisrt choice.Very close to the tube station,lovely setting right on the dock and a nice reasonably priced friendly hotel.

Good Points: the room was clean and tidy and all the appliancies worked
Bad Points: nothing the room met my expectations
Further Comments: The only issue we had was finding our way to the hotel we were given some bad advice. We found the hotel and its staff to be first class hotel was very nice and the staff friendly and helpful

Good Points: Comfortable, relaxing and peaceful
Bad Points: I got scolded in the shower on both times i had one. The water was fine one second then absolutely burning hot the next. If one of my children were there then they would have seriously been burnt. Unfortunately we was in a total rush in the morning and had no time to complain but i was going to phone hotel and mention it asap.

Good Points: lovely room adequate for the purpose of our stay the shower rooms are always nice at the ibis
Bad Points: nothing the room was fine
Further Comments: our stay at the ibis was great only we couldnt get a drink at the bar when we came back from the concert so make sure you have your own drink as there is nothing else about at this one!also, it says that it is a 10 minute walk from the o2 but infact you cannot walk there you have to get a tube or a cab not good when your not from london i was under the impression i was walking there.

Good Points: The hotel was clean, tidy, well appointed for 2* accommodation
Further Comments: Very nice stay, ideally situated in London with excellent parking, access to light-railway and it was reasonably priced. Thank you.

Good Points: The shower facility in the bedroom was good and the room was clean.
Bad Points: The bed was like sleeping on a block of concrete - so uncomfortable
Further Comments: I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you have a car as there was not a car park for the hotel. There was a public car park across the road but only parked 4 cars. We had to use another hotel's car park which cost a lot of money due to their tarrifs. If you are using this for the 02 arena then be aware that to walk it will take ages and I mean ages! The best option is the underground but other than that and to get home after a concert you would need to get a taxi.

Further Comments: attended a concert at o2 however only one member of staff covering food orders and working the bar at same time as the hotel was very busy with concert goers felt another bar staff could have eased presure and avoided lengthy delays (45 mins waiting) thankfully everyone in good mood after concert or could have been a lot more contentious

Bad Points: Booking was for a twin room. we were given a double with aq side bed. the side bed was not appropriate.
Further Comments: The room was celan and the staff were helpful and informative.

Good Points: cost & location, excellent shower
Bad Points: cleanliness - there was the dried remains of a curry splattered on the inside of the bedside light, up the wall & onto the ceiling (took so long to check in with very polite but non-English fluent receptionist, couldn't be bothered to complain!) Tea/coffee quantity poor and not replenished after first night.

Good Points: The bedroom was comfortable, with good facilities. Staff were helpfuland friendly, restaurant and breakfast of a good standard.
Further Comments: This hotel was difficult to find from the DLR Victoria Dock station, although only five minutes walk. The station was unmanned when I arrived so I could not ask directions. You need to make people aware they must not take the Victoria Dock Road exit, but exit the other side of the track - this is where the high-rise buildings are. Then walk around the corner to the right, turn back to your left towards Crowne Plaza, and continue down the street to the end to find the Ibis.

Good Points: The room was basic but comfortable with an excellent view over the river. The location was perfect for our event at the o2 and the room was very reasonably priced.
Bad Points: Needed more pillows
Further Comments: A very enjoyable stay in a clean comfortable friendly hotel. An excellent location if you are visiting the o2 for an event. The price was extremely reasonable.

Good Points: The hotel was clean and staff were efficient. The location is good for O2 stadium.
Bad Points: A bed made of a flat sheet of wood and a thin mattress was not our idea of comfort.
