Good Points: Easy to find. In the centre of town close to the station.

Good Points: i like the presentation of the bedding and the cleanliness of the bathroom. The view also on the 8th floor was really nice and it made me feel appreciated
Bad Points: I felt that in the bathrooms, the bath towels could be bigger in size and could have been two body towels.
Further Comments: When i was working in the room, i had been on my lap top and was not fully dressed; when a staff member opened the door and let herself into my room. She was neither gentle or regretful in her tone of voice and was pushing me to answer her questions, even though she could see that i was on the phone and only wearing my underwear at the table. I had been embarrassed and felt a little harrassed. On another occassion, someone rang my room and was speaking in an Eastern Europeon language and only after around five minutes, realised that they had made a mistake. Apart from this, i had a good stay at Jury's Inn

Further Comments: My stay was ok but i really did not appreciate being woke up at 7.40am for no reason at all. i did not need to check out until 12 so i am very unhappy with being woke up at that time. especially as I was out with clients until that the previous night and specifically said i do not want to be disturbed in the morning and didnt want a wake up call. this lady who woke me up was knocking so loud it scared me and i thought there was a fire. she then proceeded to walk into the room where i was still half asleep. i did complain when i checked out and i spoke to a nice young lady who was very apologetic. i was in room 1101 on the 08/02/07 for 1 night. i would like to know why she firstly knocked on the door so loud and early and also why she then walked in?? i am not a happy customer and probably will not stay in a jurys inn again unless someone comes back to me with an exlanation!!

Further Comments: Generally the hotel provided what I needed and at a fair cost. My shower did not provide hot water so I had to use the bath. My biggest disappointment was the food - my dinner was over-cooked and my breakfast was cold.

Further Comments: Only comment was that I had pay for a room for 3 although staying as a solo traveller. Not certain if hotel has single rooms. However I had to stay in Croydon on that particular night.
