Good Points: In a convenient location for train and bus transport and facilities
Bad Points: Room window high up in the wall made room a little claustrophobic. Tea making facilities hidden away in a drawer,not found until 2nd day
Further Comments: Hotel clean and tidy, staff friendly and very helpful. The service at breakfast was good and prompt.

Further Comments: hotel easy to find with plenty of car parking spaces,staff where excellent,very relaxed atmosphere in the bars and restraunt,good choices on the menu,good breakfast,would stay there again.

Bad Points: Unclean bedroom, sheets dirty, carpet dirty, bathroom had mould, poor shower.
Further Comments: The accomodation is dated and badly in need of repair. Some basics were also lacking such as cleanliness not just of the furnishings but also in our case the sheets and pillows were not clean. There is an overpriced restaurant serving mediocre food with lacklustre service.

Further Comments: Friendly atmosphere, enjoyed a nice dinner in the restaurant with an especially pleasant young waitress. Will return.

Further Comments: As we have stayed there before, we knew what to expect. We thought the hotel answered our requirements in every way.

Good Points: It was clean, comfortable and well appointed.
Further Comments: The hotel was well located for our visit to Twickenham for the rugby game and their was adequate parking on site. There are many attractive walks nearby - Bushy Park, the Thames Path, Hampton Court, etc. The staff at the hotel were very helpful, the restaurant good and there was nothing to criticise at all during our stay.

Further Comments: Great location, lovely atmosphere, the restaurant & bar were excellent. Unfortunately, our room was a bit small and did not have a bath, just shower. However, there were a lot more plus points than negatives so I would recommend this hotel as a base for a weekend break.

Good Points: Good sized, clean, recently refurbished room with good bathroom and a comfortable bed.
Bad Points: There was no soundproofing between the corridor and the room, and the bedhead was against the corridor wall, so every time someone walked along the corridor it sounded as if they were in the room! We only had one bath towel when we checked in, but another was provided when we asked.
Further Comments: A pleasant and convenient West London base at a very competitive rate. Surprisingly quiet for the location apart from the comments above about internal noise. Breakfast was good and the dining room was attractive. The room was cold when we arrived, but an independently controllable radiator fixed that. Staff were all friendly, helpful and competent.

Good Points: room good at good price at weekend, good breakfast choice
Bad Points: corridors need redecorating,no shelf 4 shower gel in cubicle,parking needs white lines so u can see spaces. we could here music in bar till bout 12 midnight
Further Comments: parking not large enough. should have been told there was a wedding on, as we were over the bar and my wife was pregnant and needs her sleep

Bad Points: Room was just a little too warm and could not get onto the internet easily.
Further Comments: The hotel was in a good location near to the train station and central Teddington. Staff were pleasant and helpful and room was clean. In this age easy internet access for business travellers from one's room would be useful.
