Good Points: Convenience
Further Comments: The hotel was very clean and convenient, both for Heathrow and for trains into London. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The beds were a little firm and the decoration could do with updating, but generally excellent value and I would stay there again.

Good Points: The marvellous friendly and extremely helpful member of staff named (I think) Chalk or Chok, a Nigerian gentleman. Absolutely charming and kind. Lots of hot water and good water pressure.
Bad Points: Cramped basement room, no towels or extra blankets provided, but I asked Chalk who provided these straight away.

Good Points: Quite conveniently located
Bad Points: Small, grotty room, very cheap fixtures, noisy, inadequate pillow, very basic breakfast
Further Comments: At ￃﾂￂﾣ38 I wasn't expecting anything great, but it really was quite basic.

Good Points: Great location for Feltham, Twickenham and for London. Good value for money, friendly staff.
Bad Points: Our room and hotel a little shabby, in need of a refurb. My wife could not reach ligh switch in bathroom because cord had snapped.
Further Comments: I would recommend as a good value and good location place to stay. I would not recommend as a romantic place to stay, more a practical place to stay.

Bad Points: Fire alarm went off, for a few mintues during the night

Good Points: It was conveniently located near the railway station
Bad Points: The heater in the room could not be regulated and resulted in the room being boiling throughout, which made it very difficult to sleep. I raised this matter on a couple of occasions with staff but to no avail.
Further Comments: The hotel was potentially very suitable to my needs and at a convenient location. I would, however, wish to have seen the heating controlled and addressed when it was raised. Could also have done with a long bath towel- the towels supplied were a little short.

Bad Points: Walking through hallway of smoking rooms to get to my room

Good Points: It was accessible, open late for any-time arrivals. It was basic but reasonably priced and served our needs
Bad Points: the room was a bit gloomy and the taps didn't work well, but this was no major problem for just one night
Further Comments: that the reception desk was open all night. More about parking facilities

Further Comments: Excellent Stay, had i known about this earlier, i would have saved a lot more time and money. Its a best pick for budget hotels

Good Points: Friendly, flexible staff, fast and easy checkout, very clean. Ample parking
Bad Points: limited choice of TV channels, bathroom very un-practical, a few more power plugs would be nice

Good Points: The price, also the location
Bad Points: In the basement where our room was the carpet was very old and looked second hand, it was also a tripping hazard. The bedding was inadequate, there being no top sheet just the bare duvet cover. bedding looked grubby. Asked for extra pillow - not given.
Further Comments: Hotel in good location and handy for travel around London. I was expecting a basic standard of accommodation but the room and basement hallway were much below our expectation

Good Points: Clean comfortable room,nice friendly staff.We liked that there was no lock out time as we were visiting family who lived in the area.
Bad Points: The fact that we were in a basement room,the stairs were very steep and narrow.Also there was no heating in the room which the staff tried fix to no avail.But luckily at the time of our visit the weather was'nt to cold

Good Points: Convenient for Hatton Cross Tube station to get into town. Clean and just what I required.
Bad Points: The fire alarm going off at 12 oclock.

Further Comments: absolutely loved it - was excellent value for money, only one train stop away from Twickenhasm perfect location staff were extremely helpful and friendly - sheets were so white and the towels - couldnt ask for more the gentleman who served us breakfast was lovely, and made sure we had plenty PERFECT

Further Comments: had a great weekend hotel did exactly what we wanted for a very reasonable price excelant place to stay for the rugby can not wait till next game maybe we will win lost to wales aghhhhh

Good Points: room was very warm on entry reception was prompt and very good
Bad Points: carpets on stair ways were ripped and thread bear potential hazzard
Further Comments: all rooms were located down stairs in what i would call cellar there for no views of area. t.v in room poor reception ltd channels no radio hotel is well located to train station and all major stores 5 min walk
