Good Points: Room was modern and well designed - layout user friendly
Bad Points: Bathroom very small, bath smaller than I have encountered in other hotels, not enough beverages or cups left out for guests to use. Hotel bar lacked warmth and atmosphere

Good Points: Health club access was included.
Bad Points: The room was surprisingly small, although admittedly I had booked a single room. The hotel was noisy on Saturday night due to a function in the ballroom. Probably wouldn't have minded if I was a leisure traveller, but I was working over the weekend and knackered!

Good Points: Close to richmond hill
Bad Points: Some parts were in disrepair ,especially carpets and old lift which only holds three people.

Good Points: The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was excellent.
Bad Points: The room was very small, the fan in the bathroom didnt work, we only had one cup and one towel and the air conditioning was very noisy.
Further Comments: For the price we were paying we expected a little more, if the price had been less than we could have appreciated the fact that the room was very small and that it seemed to cater for only one person in the fact that there was only one of everything and little room to put anything down.

Good Points: Bathroom was really nice and very modern, great shower. Beds were very comfortable, great TV. Liked the balcony even though we couldn't use it because of the rain!!
Further Comments: We were impressed with the restaurant and the quality of the food. Dinner was lovely and breakfast had a great selection. The room was very comfortable with a very modern bathroom which looked like it had been recently refurbished. Tea making equipment was good, though the addition of some biscuits would have been better. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Good Points: The first room offered was not the type specifically booked, however reception staff did agree to change when requested.
Bad Points: The second (twin) room was more spacious and better equiped.
Further Comments: I stayed with my (adult) daughter, on two nights we ordered our evening room via room service, on both times the order was wrong. The day of our departure we were woken at 8am by housekeeping knocking on the door to service the room, we refused and they left but this was an unwanted and not requested early call. We have stayed at this hotel before and not had these problems before, I am not sure I would return again.

Good Points: Wonderful to have a window in the bathroom!
Bad Points: The fire alarm going off at 6.00 am and assembling in the carpark!! (I know that this isn't a regular event!!)
Further Comments: Overall very good and we liked the fact that a lot of the staff were english.
